Dear Sir or Madam,
My name is Anna-Marie, and I recently came across your lovely apartment listing. I was immediately impressed by the apartment and its beautiful presentation, and I am very interested in renting it.
I was wondering whether it would be possible to arrange an online viewing, as my boyfriend and I are currently in Milan due to work commitments. However, if an online viewing is not possible, we would be more than happy to travel to Amsterdam specifically for a viewing.
The apartment would be for my boyfriend and me, as we will both be completing a six-month architecture and design internship in Amsterdam. From that we have a monthly income. Additionally we are financially backed by our parents.
Our preferred move-in date is September 1st. We are clean and respectful tenants. We don’t smoke and have no pets. We are looking for a place we can feel at home.
I would appreciate it if you could provide me with some additional information regarding the rental conditions, particularly:
Whether the minimum lease duration is fixed, or if it would be possible to rent the apartment for six months.
The amount of the security deposit.
The payment terms.
Whether any additional costs (such as utilities, service charges, or condominium fees) apply, and if so, whether they are included in the monthly rent.
